phone pics

Ohh...how I love dressing the girls for church on Sunday, occasionally I have time to think about what I put on too. I normally take a picture on special occasions like that. :)
 A target run!
We hang out all day every day, it's the best!
Babies make toys out of the most ordinary mundane things.
But real baby toys still entertain!

 Lyla's pretty little teeth.
 Bath time.
 I feel pretty...
Everywhere should have such twin-friendly carts like Costco, my life would be so much easier!

It's so hilariously cute when Lyla zonks out.
June doesn't fall asleep so easily...
I can't wait to give them cookies!!! How long do I wait? A year? Just a couple months...!
Lyla is just more chill a lot of the time, see her trying to relax and play at the same time. lol!
June with some serious pea damage.
The girls watching some snow fall for the first time (since they were newborns and clueless anyways)
I wish I could get them to take naps at the same time everyday, I love when that happens!
 Playing in the bookshelves
 Dancing in the bookshelves :)
They love to climb, Gates have become very necessary & sadly have destroyed our wall.
They're worth every sleepless night and every dent and ding starting to appear in our home.

a little bit of this, a little bit of that.

I've taken the girls into stores in many different styles.
June continues to get farther from the growth charts, so Dr. Jed sent her to get some blood work. She watched the guy put that needle in and just stared, not one tear...it was weird. She is doing fine, they're both just extra small for their age, but healthy. Here's June enjoying a book:
They always get excited when daddy comes home, sometimes they play ball
 or read a book...
The girls attended their first wedding! One of Brad's best friends got married (I think it was in October...but here are some pics anyways!)
I love to see the temple...
I waited outside with the girls, then we all went to the luncheon and reception together. It almost reminded me of China a little because crowds of people gathered to see the twins, a few asked to take pictures. :)
It was a perfect day and the girls loved crawling around.
They also decided to try eating some delicious looking leaves.

By the end of it they were pooped.
Congrats to Josh and Katie!

Thanksgiving

Phew, catching up the blog is proving difficult. Its so much better blogging about what is currently happening, but how can I not share some of these pictures? The girls have been sick and taking up all my time day and night, but I'm holding June while Lyla naps so you all get to learn about our fabulous Thanksgiving!
I figured I have two babies celebrating their first Thanksgiving, and the very first Thanksgiving was celebrated by Pilgrims & Indians, so it only seemed appropriate to dress the girls up as such...
They wore these outfits for a couple random meals, to their doctor's appointment, for my little photo shoot, and of course, on Thanksgiving! Here we are full of food and gratitude on that blessed day:
We were with the Hagens this year, we decided to dress up all the cousins, but Sammy wouldn't have it. ;)
Grandma Barbara has been such a help to me with these girls, sometimes she is my assistant photographer.
 Pilgrim June
Sometimes it seems like the Indians didn't get a fair deal...
Aw, how cute is little Indian Lyla?
 Sweet Juney
 Just playin' away
 humoring their crazy mother...
 Taking in the holiday.
Hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving too!
